Tracky baccy

So, Sam Ruby and Sarabian have both impliemented Trackback recievership, and I can try to ping them when I mention them now. Isn't that neat? I dunno, you spend ages looking for a reason to impliment trackback, then three come along at once...

I'm still debating on the "Impliment RDF Autodiscovery Data" issue. On the one hand, it'd be nice for people to be able to work out where to trackback me automagically. On the other, it's a horrible kludge straight from the depths of hell.
